MBP keeps forgetting keyboard shortcuts

My normal kindly MacBook Pro keeps forgetting the keyboard shortcuts for Front Row. Even sometimes after restarting they lost and disappeared from the shortcuts tab of System Preferences. Anyway to fix this?
