i have no idea what any of this means, i know a kernel is not good, and i took it to best buy and they had no idea and wanted to charge me 69 bucks, so i figured id give here a try before i drive all the way to apple, this computer is 2 years old, and this is the first time this has happened. the only things open where safari and open office. and a school VPN client. every thing seems to be normal and running fine, but if there is a problem id like to catch it sooner then later. thanks

Error at 0x000000000 is an error code. Basically, it is saying there is an error at that input. Judging by the code, it is a HEX value at basically zero. So that means, whatever is causing the error, it is causing it at the initial line of code to be executed.

I suggest you reinstall any new software and check for compatibility with your Mac. Also, run OS X diagnostics.

Perhaps not. However, I wouldn't discard this also as a hardware fault. As of now, there isn't much information to support either 100%. However, the evidence you give me suggest a software issue. (Printer drivers)

I really don't get why people cant read these things, its really easy.

ah, figures yeah the school uses a cisco vpn to use there internet so that makes sense. i do connect my blackberry at times, to do some updates on it, and sync music and calendar, aslo as a HD at times, but it was connected at the time of the crash, and wasnt all day for that matter.

i did a restart and held D to bring up that test center, and i ran it, and said it was fine, then i ran the extended test and got this error 4SNS/1/40000000:TGOH-74.250

i have no idea what it means, i tried googleing, any information would help.
sorry im just slow at this computer stuff, thanks guys

yeap, that leaves me clueless too..
although i'd be worried when AHT reports errors. usually it reports everything is fine, even when they obviously are not.
