actaully the macbook is 13.3" and macbook pro is 15.4"

Sigh.

You do see a big black bezel around the screen don't you? You do realise that the 15.4" refers to the actual screen size, not the overall size of the thing.

I thought I was specific enough my saying that was the size of the glass, but I guess some people just aren't as bright.

My 17" does fall and to be honest yes the macbook screen is rigid as the older 15" macbook pros used to be. The hinges on the unibody 15" remind me of the 17". I have purchased 3 in the last week and have varied from week 48 to two week 50. All exhibit same issue. Only one had a bad screen.

someone can confirm a mbp with more rigid hinges?
