Already posted elsewhere on MR and there is no evidence that this is anything other than a mock-up for advertising that is deliberately aping the style of the MBP, many advertisers use an MBP or something that looks a lot like one.

Yes. And note how they intentionally color it black to make it look more generic and less mac-like.
