Hello,

The basic MBP M1 13" is suddenly on offer with a 20% discount here in Denmark, so I'm picking one up today.

I would like to connect it to my 10 Gb network using a RJ45 ethernet cable, but I would need an adapter capable of Thunderbolt/ethernet cable with 10 Gb capacity. Any recommendations?

People typically want 10 Gbps for intranet uses, like communicating with networked storage and other internal devices.
Yah, at my work we are on a 10GB network (fiber backbone & ethernet switch) so our work Mac Minis are 2018 with 10GBe option.

We use them for file & caching servers.

Hoping next round of Mx Mini will come with 10GBe option too...

Hi,

Thanks a lot for the recommendations - it's expensive, but guess that could be expected! Have a great weekend.
It’s expensive because it isn’t total crap like most of the other options.

Some have a whiny fan that goes full blast under any load.
