My MBP is making a very loud noise that it has never made before. My core duo temp is at 73 but I have no idea what this noise is. What should I do?

Can you tell where it's coming from? Optical drive, hard drive, fans?

I don't even want to know how much my tab is at the moment 😱 and max it sounded like it was coming from under the keyboard
