If I am downloading a movie off the internet, I usually leave my MBP alone. Whenever I come back to it, it can't connect to the internet (wireless or wired) and no one else in my house can either, and my movie is never even close to complete. I have to go reset my router for it to work. This never happened with my old computers. Anyone know how to fix this?

don't know why it happens, but it was very usual on my 13" MacBook, I solved the problem leaving it connected via cable for long periods. This 15" i5 didn't have that problem.

Hm...what if your ISP found out that you're doing that...so they block your IP. Try using littlesnitch just incase :]
