    Hello all!
To make a long story short my macbook pro will no start. The battery light indicates it is at 8 and I have tried pressing the power button while it is plugged in, while it is not, for 1 second and for up to a whole minute. Any suggestions?

Also, it was on last night but for some reason it would only right click, I then shut it down and it would not start. After getting a friend to push the button on about the 5th attempt it magically started. We plugged in a mouse and it would only right click (to be clear I pressed both buttons and the computer thought I was clicking the right button) We plugged it in for the night as it was very low and I waited 10 minutes but the fan would not turn off. In the morning the laptop, still plugged in, had turned itself off, it was almost as though the laptop thought it was open and running and that it was not plugged in.

If anyone has any advice it is welcome! Thanks to everyone:)
