MBP + Optibay HD + Drop Sensor?

I was just reading a thread about a dropped MBP and it made me think...

I know the MBP has a sensor (similar the iPhone) that can tell if the machine is being dropped so it can park the HD before impact.

Does this work for a second hd too if fitted?
