MBP order, what is a "Country Kit"

Hi,
I ordered the new MBP yesterday on the german online apple store (I live in Germany). I can see on the detailes of my order in my apple account "Country Kit-DEU". Do you know what is that ?

I chose the US keyboard + manual during the order.

Theres propably some country specific terms of use etc. I recived a country kit, im from Denmark.
