MBP Penryn ram upgrade question?

hello what is the best ram for my mbp penryn? i whan to upgrade to 4 gb ram what are you sugdesting? what is better CL4 or CL5?

We sent some Corsair CL4 RAM down to Barefeats for testing -- real world improvement was about 1% over CL5 RAM

CL4 is better, but it's not guaranteed to work.

I use Kinsgton RAM.

And what's your reason for the upgrade?

I have had good luck with OWC and Crucial ram.
