mbp ram in pb?

hi, is it possible to use the 1GB RAM chip designed for the MBP in my 1.25ghz 15" Al PB?

I see too many beachballs on PB, I want to upgrade but am waiting for merom. if i get this RAM (1 GB PC5300 667mhz) will it work in my PB (PC2700) so i can use this until I get the MBP late in the fall and then switch the RAM over?

It will only work in Revision D PowerBooks that take DDR2...otherwise you're SOL.

rats, i guess i will just waste the $40 for an extra 512MB then in the meantime.
