MBP randomly waking from sleep in first 1-5 sec

This is not a wake on LAN issue, my network cable is unplugged when I put it to sleep and I make sure I don't touch anything while it's going to sleep but sometimes within the first 1-5 seconds it comes back from sleep.

Anyone seen this?
