MBP remote fit into expresscard 34 slot?

Does anyone know if the remote fit into expresscard slot? I like HP remote that slide into the slot,....

I though about that... but not quite, it's a little too big. Although I could get it to stick to the magnets in my old MacBook (like how the iMac does it).

AFAIK, there is no way to attach/dock/hide/tuck/insert/clip/stick the remote to the MBP*. It is a shame that it's only about 1mm too tall to fit in the expresscard/34 slot... But I've actually seen a 3rd party remote that was designed as such.

* Short of a DIY project involving some hot glue and/or duct tape and/or velcro. 😀

It kinda sticks to the magnet in the front of the MBP, but it just doesn't have the strength to hold it too tight. You can feel the pull, it just doesn't hold. The MB has it's magnet on top of the screen and the remote hangs on nicely there as it is a powerful magnet and not to far in the computer. The MBP has a magnet inside the two slots to pull down the hooks, but that's about as strong as it is... no remote holding there 🙁. I just slip mine in the bag with it (in a pocket) as it doesn't really need that much space, but I really with it did fit in that expresscard 34 slot... gosh Apple.
