I don't know what's going on here, but every time that I reboot my MBP, all of the settings: backgrounds, new dock items, any safari or system preferences setting or anything that I have customised or add to my MBP changes back to the default so it looks like how I bought it. Also, anything I had on my desktop just plain disappears.

I don't know how to fix this but hopefully someone here can. The only thing that I have changed on my MBP is that I have installed the CHUD tools, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Thanks for the help!!!

Have you got plenty of free space on the hard drive? Did you try renaming your Home folder? 🙂
