MBP - Restore Help

I am looking to possibly returning my MBP 13" to Best Buy and exchange for an iMac.

How do I erase and restore prior to returning?

Create a new Admin user. Delete all other users.

Other way is to boot with the disc, use disk utility to erase the HDD and re-install the System.
