MBP Retina late 2013 SSD Upgrade

i have the possibility to buy a very cheap M.2 SSD Lenovo branded.
this the SSD https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-4XB0M52450-Internal-Solid-State/dp/B075RCFVWC
will this work in my late 2013 MBP or should i give up?

The M.2 connector that Apple uses in the late 2013 MBP is not the standard M.2 connector. If you want to use a standard PCIe SSD, you need an adapter.

This thread has information about using an adapter. You need to read through the thread. Check to see if anybody is using the Lenovo. Otherwise, I'd suggest you look for a different alternative.
