MBP runs hot after updating to macOS Sierra

Has anyone else experienced that their computer runs hotter after updating?

Wondering about this, too - especially for 2010 MBP users (13"). I've held off on updating to Sierra from El Cap because of this and apparently some GPU issue I read about (which could cause the heat, IIRC).
