MBP says 'Charged' but at 96%?

Is there a problem with my brand new MBP?

I've noticed that sometimes it gets to high 90's and doesn't reach 100% very often.

Currently it's 96% and says it's charged....

Is this on the piss?

It's quite normal for it to stop charging somewhere between 93 and 99%. There's nothing wrong with your battery or your Mac. This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:
