MBP screen calibration

Tested my MBP 15'' screen with LCDTest.app : the phase and shift need to be calibrated. Any ideas how to do that? The standandart calibration tool does not have this option.
 
Isn't the LCD Test.app for analog signals going into LCD displays? If so, it doesn't apply to your laptop screen. The signal from the video card to the screen is purely digital.

The only calibration I know of for laptop screens is color.
