Mbp sound after wake up

hi

When I wake up my mbp from sleep mode it makes a sound not sure if it's normal. I had mb that did not make any sound at time of wake up not sure from where is coming but sounds weird and was wondering since am new to the macs and the Mbp is new

Wow that's loud.so the mb and mbp don't share the same drives

may be its just the superdrive... mine do some strange noise some times... I think its normal, It just look if there is any disc on there... or something.

Mine makes only short sound from Superdrive. Nothing more...

yes, i get a small sound from my superdrive too

Thanks guys i think is the super drive that makes the sound since the sound comes from the front right side and the only thing in that side is the super drive.

yes it is normal. This also happens on my Dad's MacBook.

well all I know is that
The MP and the MBP have different harddrives
Soo mabye it's the HD clicking or
The fan spinning
