Hey I'm having trouble connecting my new MBP to my TV -- I have two other MBP's here and when I connect them, it instantly changes the resolution and it shows up -- when I try with mine, it attempts to change the resolution but nothing really shows up -- just some flickering. I'm connecting VGA to both s-vidio and video in -- no luck with either. I've gotten it to work once, but it kept looping off and on at random.

So my question is, do I have a busted video card? How can I fix it? Can I reset p-ram or whatever it is?

Thanks.

[UPDATE] The problem is the "plug" on my MBP 🙁 If I pull the cord about a millimeter out of the "jack" I get a stable connection to the TV -- if I plug it in all the way (where I can screw it in) the TV goes blank (although OSX still keeps the changed lower resolution -- so it IS detecting it). Next step, Apple Store? Anyone have any ideas? First defect in an otherwise flawless MBP (I've only had it like 2 weeks).
