yes, mine flickers without scrolling.
so , ia that normal ?
or should i change mine ?
My screen flickers terribly when SCROLLING on the website provided: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/inversion.php. But it doesn't flicker when the images are stable.
The website indicates that flickering probably indicates a "maladjustment" of the panel voltage. Hopefully Apple picks up on this and releases a firmware update sometime in the future to correct it.
It's called an optical illusion noobs.

guys. it's a UNIVERSAL problem with ALL lcds.
Your LCD can only change the colour in it's pixels so fast, so sometimes when you ask it to rapidly and repeatedly change some 800 rows of pixels from grey to black or from black to grey (alternating, because of the pattern in that background) some parts of the display fall behind, and it makes that weird flickering.
Some applications suffer this problem while others don't. This is because some (Safari) attempt to redraw the window's contents smoothly, so you're moving it's contents pixel by pixel, while others (Firefox) will let the page jump a few rows at a time.
The point is, there isn't an LCD in the world that, when you scroll a pattern like that, pixel row by pixel row, won't have this problem.
