I'd say no. I'd even say that at most, they'll announce snow leopard features and (hopefully) state that it will be shipping with new machines.

Apple is moving away from gearing their hardware updates on specific events, like macworld expo. They've got enough clout to announce major revisions at events they schedule on their own timetables. Minor revisions just get a press release.

As much as I like looking forward to an event like WWDC and eagerly await for them to announce new or updated goodies, I'd rather they release products when they think they're ready, and not to meet an arbitrary deadline.
