Will the MBP be upgraded at all in any way after Lion is released? The article on the front page (http://www.macrumors.com/2011/07/07/...nch-next-week/) seems to suggest so? And if they will be upgraded... should I wait past when Lion is released to buy an upgraded MBP?

Even if you buy with Snow Leopard now, Lion will be free for you.

I'm betting that they won't, I ordered a new MBP last Saturday which will hopefully arrive this coming week. I don't really see what Apple could update, there's no new chips from Intel, I doubt they'll make 8GB of RAM standard. SSD prices haven't gone down and a redesign of the case seems unlikely to happen at the same time as Lion.

No. There are no new intel processors coming up until 2012, what would they have to update it with?
