hey all
just installed vista on mbp works great looks hot..
i just installed nfs carbon demo on my mbp installed fine
starts well but after a minute i get an error saying not responding..
is there anyway to solve this..

i finally got a high end pc and now my high end games arent working...

also importantly the pc gets real hot and almost burns my skin when on lap..
and if i havent noticed wrong when on vista the fan runs like a maniac it makes a lot of sound ..
any suggestions..

Yes, uninstall Windows Vista and install Windows XP instead.

Seriously.

The MacBook Pro gets hot because it is 1 inch thick and running the hardware at full tilt will make it hot.
 
Use a full install of Vista instead of the upgrade Vista disc. Your laptop is overloaded due to too much stuff to process.
