MBP volume manager?

Hi,

On the PC you can manage how loud you have certain programmes such as you can choose the game to have low volume and your browser to have high volume.

Can this be done on the mac? I want to play a game and listen to a podcast via itunes.

go into the game options and disable or lower the sound that way.

A google search also shows that you can use this program called Hear -

or route your sounds through programs like Rogue Amoeba's Audio Hijack Pro or Ambrosia's Wire Tap Pro and then adjust the levels or mute....
