MBP wallpaper issue

Hi guys I have a 15' i5 MBP and today an annoying issue came out:

Whenever happens that my gpu switches from intel to nvidia (either automatically due to an app or manually via gfxcardstatus) my wallpaper vanishes and i get a blue screen as desktop. This is quite strange and I have no idea about how to solve this. 🙁

Can anyone help me please?

Well it seems that after a restart everything went back as normal..I still wonder what the problem was..😕

Shall I check my disk with some particular disk utility procedure?
