MBP With touchbar vs without touchbar keyboard

Other than the F1-F12 keys, is there any other difference in terms of spacing, shapes, size, etc.?
I'm planning on buying a keyboard cover for MBP without TouchBar and cut the F1-F12 keys to use it on my new MBP with TouchBar. It sounds stupid but it takes so long for the new keyboard cover to get here so I want to use it temporarily.
