MBP15inch 460 still has graphics issues.

Yes I am on latest macos. I was trying to fix some battery issues and apple support told me to restart in safe mode. I did and this happened. My computer was slow and glitchy with graphics errors until I restarted it out of safe mode.

That happens on some other systems in safe mode too. It has no GPU driver loaded. There should be an update to safe mode.
