MBP16 Fan Settings

Hello
I'm wondering if I should set custom fan settings with program Macs fan control.
Currently I set the left side fan for "CPU PECI" 60 to 85 degrees and the same settings for right side fan for "GPU PECI".
Do you set custom fan settings? And If so what settings? And in bootcamp do you use ThrottleStop?

I’ve never used custom settings nor will I. Just let it do its thing.

You won’t get either. What you might get is a computer that runs quieter and Slowenin you tweak the fans down.
