MBP2010 15" EFI Firmware 2.6 just simply does not install

Hi,

As stated, this update comes up everytime I check for software update but when I update it, after does a restartm with the [beep] sound, do another check for update, it comes up again!

Any ideas why it happens?

Might be a dumb question, but do you have your MBP connected to a power source when doing the update?

Yes, I did =)

I think I found ppl that have the same problem with me, the common factor is we both have the optibay SSD setup.

So just to cut the time for ppl who jump into this topic and have similar problem, https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3722373?start=15&tstart=0

Ppl still haven't found a solution yet though. Are there anyone here with Optibay SSD setup and have successfully updated the EFI?
