I got a tbMBP2017 over the last few days and I am very happy with it so far.
I had one question with regards to the performance on MacOS vs Windows 10 when my laptop is not charging:
- My FPS on CSGO are the same in MacOS whether the MBP is charging or not
- On Windows 10 in Overwatch, when my MBP is charging, the FPS range from around 85-105 (Medium settings). However, when it is unplugged, the FPS drop to 30-40. I assume some power saving is going on, but I couldn't find anything specific on how to change this.
Would any of you know on how to keep the performance in Windows 10 teh same whetehr the computer is charging or not?

As a bonus, my impressions so far:
- tbMBP looks very good
- No keyboard issues. The keyboard is slightly clicky but I don't mind that
- Fans get quite loud under GPU load, again I don't mind this
- TB - is meh. I mainly miss the escape key.
- Performance in games is better than I expected.
Overall, I am very happy so far. Knew I wouldn't like the TB much, but everything else has been great.
