Is it normal when I press F1 and F2 key without hold Fn key to increase and decrease the brightness of my screen? because on my Windows laptop, I have to hold down Fn key before press those F1-F12 key for functions.

It's normal. You can change this behavior in the Keyboard screen in System Preference, so that it is more like your PCs.

This can be changed in System Preferences>Keyboard & Mouse> then click on "Use the F1-F12 keys to control software features. :)

Is it normal for a mbp to go up to 135F ? It's burning hot, way too hot.

My 2GHz MacBook Pro just hit 156F, so 135F is not that bad... :p

F9 and F10 what are they for?

Nothing happens when I press F9 or F10, is it supposed to be like that? A friend of mine has the same issue, that he can't increase or decrease what ever its supposed to be increased or decreased while pushing F10 or F9....
    What are they for?

F9 and F10 are for the light on the keyboard. You will only see it when you are in the dark. F8 = turn off the keyboard light.

Is there any way I can change the setting so that the display doesn't dim down when I watch movie? and is it normal for the screen to auto adjust it brightness even when I'm doing something on the computer like browsing around the forum?
