I've seen some hacks to enable Cuda for Premiere and After Effects. Has anyone been successful at this yet?

I've installed CUDA support from Nvidia and did the following terminal actions.

/Applications/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ CS5/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ CS5.app/Contents/GPUSniffer.app/Contents/MacOS/GPUSniffer
This was to look up the graphics card.

Then I typed...
sudo nano /Applications/Adobe\ Master\ Collection/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ CS5/Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ CS5.app/Contents/cuda_supported_cards.txt
Now when I goto to add my graphics gard to that list and save it. I re-enter that terminal command to see that it has in fact been added but doesn't seem to add it.
