MBPr display show weird graphic error.

Hi Guys,

My MBPr Late 2013 13" sometimes it's show weird graphic issue. I don't think it's hardware or dead pixels.
Anyone know how to fix this? It's not permanent. And I can move any windows on top of it, it doesn't show graphic issue on that windows..

If you can move windows on top of it then it is probably a software issue. Very weird though. I don't see how software can cause this.
