MBPr EFI Update

Didn't know exactly where to put this so I decided to put it here, I have updated to 10.8.2 and tried to install both the EFI and 10.8.2 update at the same time. I was connected to a power source like the EFI update said as well. The problem is though during the restart my computer froze, so I decided to to just hold down the power button and then 10.8.2 installed after powering it back on. The EFI update on the other hand will now not install. I have tried closing all programs before attempting the restart so it can install and nothing works. Does anybody have an guidance they can give?
 
I got my 5.7 32gb 512 mbpr not to long ago, and everything seemed fine but recently I found that sleeping the computer takes more than a few seconds, than opening it up it will take a while to power up the screen. What is the problem ?
