MBPr Fan Noise

All of a sudden the fan noise level is increasing on my MBPr. Anyone else having this problem? Bad bearing?

Do you have any software installed to monitor actual RPM?

Same here, sound like something is ticking against the fan blade or something...
Its noticable at idle fan speed around 2000 rpm....

I would highly suggest going to an Apple store and getting them to have a look. Could be a dust bunny.

For the OP: Try resetting your SMC. Also what is your work load like? It could be the fans kicking in to keep temperatures down.
