First post and first apple computer so excuse the ignorance. I purchased a rMBP or MBPr whatever the short version of its called and had a question. I downloaded a few programs and I'm having trouble getting them to fit correctly into the screen. Its a 15' if that matters. Trine and a few other full screen apps are pretty horrible. Either the program is way too big for the screen or its not sitting even in the monitor. I was hoping there was a way to have the macbook auto resize to the screen resolution of the program? If that makes any sense. Thanks everyone.

Go into your settings-->displays and check if the resolution is set to best for built in display. Even than, some apps will not look so great because they haven't been optimized for retina.

What do you mean "not sitting even in the monitor"?
