Hi,

Anyone had any issues with the trackpad? On mine it doesnt click down properly now, it seems worse on the right hand side. It's as if a switch which is activated when you press down has gone very soft.

I guess I should just take it back to apple. Does anyone know what they will do? I don't want to be without my machines, would they do a straight swap out?

Cheers
Chris

If you are within the 14 days return period you will be given the option to exchange it, otherwise a repair for the entire bottom unibody will be replaced. Also, note that your new unibody might come with some dings, scratches, chips, and etc so make sure you inspect it before you leave to prevent them from stating that the user caused it. I wouldn't accept anything but perfect since cosmetic damages wasn't what you paid for.
