MBP's Ext. Display Seems To Have Problems

My MacBook Pro(17-inch, Mid 2010)(macOS Catalina v.10.15.7) is connected to an ext. Samsung Display.

The ext. display seems to have problems.

The ext. display is full of "black, thin, horizontal lines".

The MBP's display is fine.

Is there any way I can fix the problems?

I think the Display panel is damaged.
