MC270LL Multi-Display Flexibility

Given the MC270LL has the HDMI and MiniDP, can they both be used in the following scenario:

1. HDMI to AV Receiver for media room;
2. MiniDP to DVI Y-splitter to two DVI PC monitors in office.

If so, can each video output default to separate user accounts and thus be used simultaneously with separate keyboard & mouse?
