how good is this app? and do u need to have the other perosn have the app inorder to determine someones location. Does it work with numbers that are blocked. And can someone give me a better alternative if there is one out there?

it uses a database that matches the area code and exchange and also carrier.

say a wierd number calls you do not reconize,

"burlington vermont-united telephone" or somthing to that effect,
