Okay as you may (or may not) know I made a post a few days ago regarding my mild disappointment in the MCE optibay kit I received. More so the optical drive enclosure. First off, note that the actual optibay is nice. It's heavy duty. Muffles all noise and holds vibrations to nothing. Anyways it seems I got a bad egg with the shady external enclosure. I emailed MCE last night and a few hours after they opened today they emailed me back. They deeply apologized and immediately shipped out a new enclosure, new hardware for it, the software DVD for it, and a front bezel for it. No questions or haggling. Don't have to return my other one either. Completely free. When I say immediate, I mean immediate. Next day air from California to Ohio. Talk about customer service. Color me impressed. I'm a FIRM believer in good customer service. The only unique thing left in today's society to sell. Anyways, A+ in my book. Just wanted to share a good post holiday experience with you all.
