    iMac G5

This problem is only happening on my iMac G5?

Is this a PPC issue only?

Considering the OP is using an Intel machine, no.

    It's an iPhone related problem

Every time I connect my iPhone 3G (happened when I had the 2G as well though,) the MDCrashReportTool crashes without failure.

And it's parent process is iTunes, and it has to do with the docking/syncing schema as it does not happen if you manually hit "sync" in iTunes.

I get it on my iMac running leopard.
Its when i connect my iPhone 3g however its a newish problem for me roughly started happening about 3 weeks ago.....

My hunch is its the tool in itunes that communicates with the iphone to see if it has had any errors so it can send them onto Apple.

Could be way off but its a hunch!
