MDD Logic Board Removal

I've removed the one screw from the motherboard, but I can't get it to budge sideways at all.

Is there something else I have to remove?

There are SEVERAL screws securing the logic board. You need to remove them all. Also it does take a little pressure to move to the side once you have all screws removed. Including the heat-sink and CPU.
