MP 1,1-5,1 mds_stores high CPU usage after upgrading to Monterey

Mac Pro 5,1 / Martin Lo´s Open Core 0.9.8 / Monterey 12.7.3

After upgrading to Monterey, after EVERY restart the mds_stores process (spotlight indexing) is running about 10-15 minutes, maxing out CPU completely and the fans running at highest speed.

Does anyone know what´s the cause for this issue and how to fix it ?

standard troubleshooting - remove drives from spotlight indexing, see if it's specific to one drive, then remove types of content from spotlight indexing, see if you can isoloate what is doing it. Remove 50% of the options for each go, so you're dividing the sample size in half with each attempt.
