Since upgrading to OS X 10.7 Lion, I've gotten this dialog twice when renaming files on my desktop; I've never seen this before, and it never reproduces on demand. Any ideas what is going on

I've never gotten it before. It might be a new "feature" in Lion or a bug. Have you tried submitted feedback? http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html
Got this dialoge box twice; both times after restoring from a TimeMachine backup and while SpotLight is indexing. OSX Lion.
