mdwrite wants to use the "metadata" keychain

Since upgrading to OS X 10.7 Lion, I've gotten this dialog twice when renaming files on my desktop; I've never seen this before, and it never reproduces on demand. Any ideas what is going on …?

It has to do with Spotlight.

I've never gotten it before. It might be a new "feature" in Lion or a bug. Have you tried submitted feedback? http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html

Got this dialoge box twice; both times after restoring from a TimeMachine backup and while SpotLight is indexing. OSX Lion.
