Resolved @me.com email address -> INVALID ADDRESS?

There are a number of websites that I would very much like to sign up to use. The problem, however, lies with my "@me.com" as well as my "@iCloud.com" email addresses. They have been called "invalid email" addresses.

Can anyone tell me why this happens, and hopefully, what I can do about it?
